Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Victory Outdoors. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received them
• Returned in their original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software or digital content

Partial Refunds May Be Issued For:

• Items with visible signs of use
• Products not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
• Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

1. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund.
2. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Exchanges

We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please email us at info@victoryoutdoorsusa.com and ship the item to:

Gift Returns

• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once we receive the item.
• If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
